Started by people who chose the wrong course first
CoreHub exists because two of our founders spent real money on degrees they later switched out of. The advisory they wished existed in Form 5 is the one we run today from Petaling Jaya.
Our story
From one desk in Damansara Perdana to 12,400 students
CoreHub Education Group Sdn. Bhd. was registered in 2021, in the middle of a pandemic that pushed every counselling session onto video calls. That accident shaped us: we built processes that work equally well online and across a table, which is why students from Kuching to Alor Setar use us as comfortably as students who walk into our PJ office.
Today our advisors hold authorisations from more than 230 universities and colleges in Malaysia, Australia, the UK, New Zealand and Ireland. In 2025 alone, students we counselled claimed over RM 41 million in scholarships and rebates they would otherwise have missed.

Numbers in writing
Costs, scholarship conditions and bond clauses go into a written summary after every session. Verbal promises don't count — ours included.
With you past enrolment
Our file on you closes after your first semester, not after your deposit. If the course isn't what was promised, we help you escalate or pivot.

Our advisory team blends former university admissions officers, certified education counsellors and specialists who have processed hundreds of student visa files across four destinations. Every advisor completes internal certification on entry requirements, scholarship terms and — because it matters — how to say "we don't know, we'll check" instead of guessing.
We work from Menara-adjacent offices at PJ Trade Centre in Damansara Perdana, with school visits across the Klang Valley and video sessions nationwide.
