These terms govern your use of corehub.my and the advisory services provided by CoreHub Education Group Sdn. Bhd. (202101032874 / 1428815-D), a company registered in Malaysia. By using the site or booking a session, you accept them.
1. The service
CoreHub provides education counselling, course and university comparison, scholarship screening, application assistance and related guidance ("the Services"). The Services are provided free of charge to students and their families. CoreHub is compensated by partner institutions when a student enrols through us; this does not increase your tuition.
2. What we are — and are not
- We are an independent advisory authorised by partner universities and colleges to counsel and submit applications.
- We are not a university, an immigration agency, a licensed financial adviser or a guarantor of outcomes.
- Admission, scholarship and visa decisions rest solely with the relevant institution or authority. We prepare and present your case; we cannot promise its result.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide true, complete and current information — results, documents and personal particulars. Applications built on inaccurate information can be revoked by institutions long after enrolment, and CoreHub bears no responsibility for consequences of information you supplied incorrectly.
4. Accuracy of information on this site
Tuition figures, scholarship values, visa rules and intake dates change frequently and are controlled by third parties. We refresh our materials regularly, but the figures on this site are indicative. The binding numbers are always those in an institution's formal offer. Confirm critical details with your advisor before making financial commitments.
5. Intellectual property
The content of corehub.my — text, guides, graphics and layout — belongs to CoreHub Education Group Sdn. Bhd. You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution; reproducing whole guides or presenting our materials as your own is not permitted.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no automated scraping of scholarship data, no submitting enquiries with false identities, and no attempting to interfere with the site's operation or security.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, CoreHub's liability arising from the Services or this site is limited to direct losses caused by our proven negligence. We are not liable for decisions made by institutions or immigration authorities, losses caused by information you provided, or indirect losses such as missed intakes where we met our stated timelines.
8. Third-party links
The site links to institutions, government portals and other external resources. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the revision date above reflects the current version, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
